For students in grades 5-11
Sports Physicals for the 2022/2023 School Year:

Girls Physicals: May 9th, 2022 at 9:00am in Middle School & High School

Boys Physicals: May 11th, 2022 at 8:30am in Middle School & High School

You must have a physical form signed by a parent or guardian to be seen by the doctor.

Students who do not have a physical on file cannot participate in interscholastic athletics.
