ATHLETIC PHYSICALS for the 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR

For students in grades 5-11

Sports Physicals were administered for student-athletes at NPS on May 8, 13, 2019. This was done free of charge.

Students who do not have a physical on file cannot participate in interscholastic athletics.
